Real Estate in Culver City
A little bit of Hollywood History with your morning coffee.
The silent era of Hollywood centered around Culver City, with MGM studios being built there in the 1920's. Now it's known as Sony Pictures Studios, but many of the classics, such as Citizen Kane and The Wizard of Oz were made there, and of course the tradition continues today with the movies and television shows still being shot today.
During the 1990's Culver City went through a revitalization program that renovated its downtown business district, opening new shopping centers and stores. The Culver City Art District has become so vibrant with art galleries that the New York Times even called it the 'Chelsea' of Los Angeles County.
Finding a home in Culver City would put you in a culturally rich area; whether or not you are looking to live the Hollywood dream, you'll be won over by its charm and character.
