Real Estate in Manhattan Beach
If all it takes is a toss of a coin…
This beach city got its name thanks to
the flip of a coin in 1901, when two landowners brought the north and
south sections of town together. By the end of World War II,
Manhattan Beach was well renown for its beach cottages and a stead
stream of new residents slowly built up he area with larger, fancier
homes.
Residents now enjoy a thriving city
that is full of high quality homes with panoramic views of the
Pacific Ocean. Its scenic, 928-foot long pier is an incredible place
to fish or gaze from, and with 48 acres of additional park land, the
city itself is as breathtaking as its ocean view.
One visit and you'll see how
Manhattan Beach became the prosperous and popular town it is today.
But don't let its popularity discourage you – there's plenty of
room.
